At the city of Smolensk in Russia, United World Haedong Kumdo Federation has taken HK seminar from 13th to 15th July 2012 which is hosted & organized by Vlodimir & Sergey, a president and HK Rep of Russian HK Association.

Instructors and black belts in the martial arts such as Hapkido, Taekwondo, Sambo etc. from more than 5 cities such as

Moskcow, Smolensk, Desnogorsk, Roslarl, Saratov, New Urcngoi etc.

At the opening ceremony of this seminar on 14th July, Sergey Schebetkov, Deputy Head of the City of Smolensk, made a speech for welcomimg of this remarkable seminar here and even he has also experienced Haedong Kumdo for one day.

Moreover, two main TV Channel in Smolensk , TNT and REN TV station, had an introduction of Haedong Kumdo with some HK presentation in the middle of opening ceremony of this seminar.
