All the above training methods share the same underlying essence, providing a common foundation.

acupuncture, regardless of the tool used, it becomes a tool for my mental and physical training, leading to the elevation of martial skills and guiding human life to a better state.

Healing into the training of martial arts?
Through conscious change and thinking outside the box in the training of Jinyoung Ssangkum Ryu Haedong Kumdo with two swords system, one can attain a deeper understanding of philosophy, medicine, and the essence of martial arts, which is my mission for all lifetime practices.
After witnessing the teaching of healing through martial arts seminars, some people may have doubts about the relationship between healing and martial arts training, or they may still not fully understand it.
Martial arts can help integrate the body and mind, regulate energy flow, and strengthen muscles. These martial elements can improve balance and flexibility, relieve stress, and maintain proper energy flow in the body.
Healing taught during martial arts seminars aims to enhance the body and mind’s self-healing ability by utilizing these martial elements. This can improve psychological stability and physical resilience, as well as provide benefits such as stress management, self-regulation, and improved concentration.
Therefore, I will briefly explain it again as follows.
Martial arts training is focused on the “flow of energy,” and its increasing martial arts skill is directly linked to “Healing”

It should not be overlooked that the beginning of martial arts training starts with the flow of energy.
If you don’t know it, it means that you have never learned it, and you can not teach it.
So, what makes a good teacher is teaching the correct way to learn and teach the fundamental of martial arts, which is the “flow of energy.”
The disciple, based on that, strives to polish and refine themselves, making efforts to become a good disciple. This is considered desirable.
Many people engage in feeling or following the flow of energy in their movements, and there are numerous methods in the world to cultivate it.
The most crucial point is to understand the essence and reality of that energy, which enables us to understand how it connects with healing and allows us to start the right practice.
Meditation, prayer, or breathing exercises also help us understand right from wrong and choose the appropriate method that suits us.
It also means not wasting time and energy on unnecessary or irrelevant things. When people learn something, they tend to keep adding unnecessary things to it by their will by their present level and degree.
While this may be a way for humans to develop with lots of failures in it, it is not always necessary.
Many people have wandered and turned to religion for centuries in search of something spiritual, practicing prayer or meditation, and performing thousands of prostrations. However, as religion and philosophy develop into academic disciplines, the essence and reality of human life that we need to understand only seem to become more distant.
The existence of everything in the world coexists within our relationship, and if I cease to exist, the world ceases to exist as well. I am the protagonist, and it depends on my mindset.
Nurturing that mindset is enlightenment, and it is limited to the practice in everyday life. This practice is called “Do.” In other words, it is the way of human life, the “Do.”
To cultivate the mind means to try to understand within the context of relationships. The constant effort to understand helps to dissipate anger, resentment, jealousy, misunderstanding, and greed. It is a way to live without getting angry, to extend one’s lifespan, and to experience less suffering.
Ultimately, wisdom emerges from this process, and it nurtures love that becomes the driving force of life. When that time comes, a grateful heart naturally bursts forth like a cluster of clouds, enveloped in a gentle radiance, and the whole body becomes light as a feather. That is the true essence of gratitude.
Through such a process, during our lifetime, we develop our level of consciousness as human beings and pursue proper values. We live with less difficulty, less hardship, more leisure, and greater abundance, ultimately returning to nature.
Whether or not our physical bodies or minds can afford to travel abroad or possess luxury goods that we desire in the present moment, it has no relevance to the ultimate scorecard of life when it comes to our final journey.
When creating a bucket list, if we align our criteria with the changes in our consciousness and the pursuit of proper values, it can be worthwhile even if it’s just a small achievement. This is because as time goes by, our physical and mental strength becomes more susceptible to exhaustion and pain.
The change in values and consciousness towards the right direction is a change in energy, an upgrade of the mind and body’s energy, and becomes the foundation that makes me healthy and happy.
Moreover, when I can perceive with my body and mind how it interacts with the energy of my consciousness and nature,
I can easily judge right from wrong in the many things that have been passed down for hundreds and thousands of years in religion and philosophy according to my own understanding.
By transcending the change in consciousness and the existing way of thinking, one can gain a deeper understanding of the essence of martial arts and healing arts and further realize the fundamental nature of religion, philosophy, and humanities, leading to a better life.

On the 9th of April, 2023,
an opportunity presents itself for a unique healing session through the practice of acupuncture. This modality, however, is not your conventional approach. Rather, it transcends the physical body to access the subtle realm of energy.
To truly benefit from this experience, it is vital to release the grip of control and allow oneself to surrender to the flow of energy. Recognize that you are a mere conduit, a vessel for this energy to pass through, and not the owner of it.
In this state of surrender, one is free from the confines of ego and individuality, recognizing the interconnectedness of all things. The realization that the body is not one’s own, and even the energy is beyond possession, brings about a sense of oneness with the universe.

무술 (무도, 무예) 수련은 젊어서 하는 운동으로 인식되는 부분도 있다. 그것은 육체적인 고난이도의 동작들과 신비스럽고 비현실적인 드라마 속 수련 형태 등의 것들로서 인식되기 때문이기도 하다.
무술은 심과 신이 조화롭고 이치에 맞게 수련되어야, 육체적으로 건강해지고, 정신적인 면에서도 각자의 마음을 키우고, 의식이 넓어져 일상생활을 통해 실용적이고 현실적으로 유용하게 사용할 수가 있다.
본 장에서는 100세 시대에 더불어가는 무술 수련이 21세기 현대인들의 일상 생활과 함께 하는 심신 수행의 방도, 즉 건강하고 행복한 삶의 이치, 올바른 가치관의 추구 및 창조 의식의 구현, 그리고 올바른 인성을 갖춘 21세기 현대인이 잘 살아가는 길을 말하고자 한다.
그 길의 바탕으로서,
“내 생각을 바꿔라, 그래야 내가 산다.”
혹은 “본래 마음자리를 찾아라, 그게 살 길이다” 라는 명제를 가지고,
21세기에서 100세 이상에 까지 수명이 연장되는 현대인 생활에서 짚어야 할 중요한 부분을 무술의 심신 수련을 통해 각자의 생각을 한 번 가져보자는 것이다.
사실 본 내용들은 본인이 출간한 수행의 바른길 시리즈 다 섯 편 (저자 : 김정성, 맑은샘 출판)과 영문판 두 편을 통해 이미 상세히 설명하고 있으나, 여기서는 본 제목에 맞게 간략하게 아래와 같이 적어 본다. 좀 더 자세한 내용을 원하시는 분은 국내 주요 인터넷 서점에서 쉽게 구입할 수 있다. 특히 수행의 바른길 1편은 2016년도 세종도서에 선정되어 전국 공공도서관에 비치되어있다. 여기서는 100세 시대의 현대인들을 위한 무술 수련의 실제 방법을 제시한 것이 아니라, 무술 수련이 지향해야 할 바를 포괄적으로 짚어보았다. 이미 유튜브를 통해 영어와 한국어로 이미 시작은 해놓았지만, 아직 정기적 강의를 시작하지 못한 상태다. A. 무술 수련 의미를 통한 최종 목표의 이해
1. 무술 수련의 최종 성적표
무술 수련을 함에 있어, 각자 자신의 신체적 조건과 상태를
그때그때 즉시즉시 순간순간 잘 살펴, 상황에 맞게 수련하는 것이 아주 중요하다.
아무리 운동을 한평생 수련해왔다 한들, 세월이 흘러 어느 날,
순간 망가져 있는 현재의 몸이라면, 그게 지금까지 수련해온 결과,
즉 성적표다.
본인은 50대중반까지도 비교적 무리하게 몸을 사용하지 않았나 생각이 든다.
지금은 60대 중반을 넘긴 사람으로서, 다소 불편한 부분들과 함께 아직까지는 괜찮은 듯 하지만,
7~80대를 대비하여 어떻게 수련하는 것이 좋은 건지, 매사 관심을 가지고 노력한다.
일단, 검을 가진 수련의 기본 이치는
첫째, 검은 육체를 따르고,
둘째, 육체는 마음을 따르며,
셋째, 마음은 자연의 기운을 따른다는 것이 기본이 된다.
왜냐면,
그게 수련을 통해 기본 이치를 강화 시키며,
각자 심신의 성숙과 발전을 위하는
가장 자연스런 이치로서 모든 수행의 바탕이 되기 때문이다.
각자 수련의 과정을 통해, 몸 안팎에 흐르는 기운을 알기 위해 노력하면서,
자연의 기운을 이치에 따라 조화와 균형의 원리를 경험하고 숙달하면서, 그것을 통해 깨달아감에 따라,
자연의 기운이란, 자연의 이치, 법이나 진리로 , 혹은 자연의 파장 혹은 자연의 사랑, 신의 섭리 등의 것으로
많은 은유적 표현이 가능해 진다는 사실도 알게 된다.
즉 수많은 경전에서 나타내는 종교적, 철학적 무수한 표현들의 이해가 가능해진다는 말이기도 하다.
왜냐면, 가장 기본이 되는 이치나 진리는 너무 간단 명료하고 복잡지 않기 때문이다.
2. 인간이 공부해야 하는 이유
인간은 스스로가 어렵게 만들고, 각자 만든 그 속에서 뒹글다,
애간장을 태우기도 하고, 혼자 북치고 장구치다 때가 되면 정신없이 가는 게,
일반적인 한 인간의 인생이다. 그래서 지질이도 못난 게 인간이라고 했다.
그렇게 되지 않기 위해
인간은 죽을 때까지 공부를 해야 하는 이유이며,
그게 이 세상에 태어난 숙제다.
본인이 항상 강조하는 것은
몸 수련만을 육체적으로 해오는 사람은
몸의 기계 성능이 노후되고, 제대로 작동되지 않으면 그것으로 한 인생은 끝난다.
즉, 이 세상에 온 이유에 반하는 것이며, 풀어야 할 과제를 못했다는 사실이다.
따라서 먹고 살기 위해, 혹은 각자의 현실 속 욕심의 만족을 채우기 급급하니,
정작 알아야 할 자신은 소홀히 한 채,
주위와의 비교, 경쟁에 시간은 다 보내고, 인생이 종료되니,
본래 주어진 삶의 궁극적 가치와 목적을 간과하게 된다는 말이다.
또 다른 말로, 인생을 잘 못살았다는 결론에 도달할 수도 있다는 말이다.
인생의 참 맛과 진실을 사는 동안 수련 (삶, 즉 수행)을 통해 깨달았어야 했지만,
구시대의 의식 수준에 맞추어진 수련 방법들의 장단점을 현실에 비추어 잘 살펴보고,
현 시대에 맞는 운동 방법을 선택하는 것이 지혜로운 것이 된다.
하지만, 그렇게 배우고 가르치지 못했다면 거기에 상응하는 당연한 결과를 초래할 것이며,
그때는 이미 많이 늦을 것임이 분명하다.
3. 생각을 바꿔야, 내가 산다.
본인이 “생각을 바꿔라, 그래야 내가 산다” 라는 내용을 기본으로 수행의 바른길 시리즈 다 섯 편을 출간한 이유이며,
영문판 (2015), “Think Out Of The Box”, 2021년도, “Searching For The Forgotten Half in Martial Arts” 도 그 기본 배경은 똑같다.
그러한 내용의 대부분을 기본 모토로 하여, 현재까지 12권의 책을 출간하였으며, 지금까지 약 50개국이상의 나라에 지부를 두고, 거의 매달 해외 순방을 통해 본인이 창안한 진영쌍검류 해동검도를 지구촌 곳곳에 보급하고 있는 무술 지도자 중의 한 사람이다. 본인의 활동은 패이스북을 통해 쉽게 볼 수 있다.

여기서
생각을 바꾼다는 것은
자기 우물에서 벗어난다는 말이며,
의식의 개혁과 변화를 이야기하는 것이며,
더 나아가서는, 나만의 패턴을 가지는 창조 의식의 구현을 말한다.
그것들의 바탕은 “깨달음”이며,
결국 모든 일들이 “사랑”으로 귀결된다.
한 예로, 어느 나라의 한 유튜브 체널에서 본 내용인데,
“나는 지금 그랜드 마스터이긴 하지만 무술만 하기때문에 너무 가난하다” 라고 한다.
자신은 진짜 무술만 하는 순수한 무술인이라는 것을 강조한 것이겠지만,
스스로의 부족하고 어리석음을 보여주는 한 단면일 수 있으며,
그게 본인의 의식 수준의 정도가 된다.
그가, 명예 직함으로서 그것이 아닌, 정말 그랜드 마스타라면 많은 관장과 사범같은 제자가 있게 되어 그렇게 호칭될 것이며, 기량이 되니 그랜드 마스터일 텐데, 일반적으로 판단해 볼 때, 둘 다 아닌 것 같다. 왜냐면, 무술의 최고 직함을 받았을 때는 운동을 배우는 많은 제자들에 의해 만들어진다. 그게 없으니 가난할 수밖에 없을 것이다. 그가 정신적으로 나름 지향하는 바가 그것이었다면 굳이 가난하다는 말을 할 필요가 없다. 그것도 아니라면, 그의 무술 수련은, 올바른 심신 수련이 아닌, 반쪽짜리였다고 유추해 보게 된다.
무술 수련은 심신을 연마하여 강건하게 만들며, 건강한 육체와 맑은 정신을 가지고,
사는 동안, 지혜롭고 건강하고 행복하게 살면서 의식의 고취와 올바른 가치관의 추구에 있다.
왜냐면, 그게 나를 물질적, 정신적, 육체적으로 보다 더 나은 삶을 가져주기 때문이다. 아니라면, 할 필요가 없다.
4. 건강과 행복, 그리고 심신 수련
무술에서는 흔히 심신연마, 혹은 심신수련, 정신수련이라는 말을 수없이 사용한다. 물론 육체적 수련과 정신적 수련은 동일 연장선에 있는 것은 맞다. 체력의 한계를 극복하면서, 인내심을 키우고, 예의를 잘 지키는 등 정신 교육 지표들로서 좋은 것들인 반면, 지극히 상식적인 말들이다.
하지만 분명하게 구분해서 이해할 수 있어야 하며,
어떻게 배우고 가르치는 지를 알아야 한다. 즉 책을 많이 읽고, 공부도 많이 해서 자기 역량을 키워야 된다는 말이기도 하다.
아무리 기량이 좋은 무술가나 스포츠맨이라도
의식 수준이 낮다면 자기 표현이나 설명은 많이 뒤질 수밖에 없다.
아무리 훌륭한 기술을 가졌다 한들, 상대와 공유를 통해 자기 의식을 개혁하고
성숙시키지 못하는 한, 무용지물일 수가 있다는 말이다.
무술이란 용어를, 왜 무도나 무예라고 하는 지, 각 의미하는 바를 이치에 따라 정확히 이해하고
배우고 실천하면서 스스로 노력하고 있다면 문제 될 일은 없다.
육체적 수련은 인간 몸 기계의 연마를 통해
현실에서 좀 더 순발력있게, 적극적으로 대처 하는,
즉 추세에 부응하는 적응능력을 기르게 되는 것이,
결국은 건강과 행복으로 연결된다.
정신적 수련은 당연히 따라가는 것으로,
그것을 잘 수행함으로써 마음의 여유로움을 가지면서 주변 사물을 잘 이해하고
추세 부응하는 능력을 키워 지혜로운 마음을 가지게 된다.
즉 수련이란 일상 생활 속 깨달음과 연결되며,
그게 각자의 의식을 넓히고 올바른 가치관을 가지게 하며,
각자가 속한 사회 현실 속에서 더불어 잘 살게 된다는 것으로 귀결된다.
“잘 살게 된다”는 말은
인간답게 더 성숙하면서 각자 많은 생각과 고민 속에
찾고자 하는 바, 얻고자 하는 바, 필요로 하는 바를,
스스로의 경험을 통해, 스스로 깨달아, 스스로의 길을 찾아 가는 것이다.
이러한 간단한 이치를 간과하거나 인지하지 못하면,
내가 검법이나 베기를 잘 한다하여 끊임없이 하기는 하지만,
결국 신체 한계에 도달하게 되면 다치거나 힘들게 된다.
모든 사람들이 그렇듯이, 아프거나 힘들게 되어서야 비로소 돌이켜 생각하게 된다.
가령, 베기를 아주 잘 해서 남보다 뛰어나기에 칭찬도 받고 힘도 받는다,
그 보다 잘 하는 사람은 분명 또 나온다, 그 다음은 또 무엇을 해야하나.
지도자라면 반드시 설명하고 바른 길을 제시할 수 있어야 한다.
내 몸이 부서지도록 힘들게 해오면서도 내가 무엇을 바라고 그렇게 했는지.
먹고 살기 위해, 그냥 남보다 잘 보이기 위해, 아니 남이 하니깐 나도 따라 그렇게 했다면
그것또한 한계가 있게 된다. 결국 각자의 무지와 욕심이 끊임없이 그렇게 만들어 간다.
사람이라면 모름지기 죽을 때까지
책을 읽고 생각하고 공부해야 하는 이유다.
무술 수련의 목적이 상대를 이기고 제압하거나 방어하는 것으로
육체적 기술만으로 한정하여 훌륭하고 기량좋은 파이터를 선호하는 것도
각자의 역량에 따라 최선의 방법이 되기도 한다.
왜냐면, 그게 나를 인정하게 하고 자긍심을 높이고, 돈을 벌게 해주기때문이다.
5. 100세 시대, 21세기 현대인의 무술 수련은, 꾸준히 공부하는 자가 성공한다.
21세기 현대인은
무술 수련을 통해
어떻게 해야
무술의 심신 수련 목적에 부합하는지,
어떻게 해야
수련을 통해 건강하고 여유로운 삶을 가질 수 있는지,
어떻게 해야
무술의 궁극적 목표에 도달할 수 있는지
어떻게 해야
마땅한 삶의 궁극적 목적지에 닿을 수 있는지
이치에 따라 이해를 할 수 없다면,
처음 시작할 때야 당연히 모르니 어리벙했겠지만,
세월이 흘러 마지막 생에 가더라도 여전히
안개 속 오리무중이 되어 정신없이 가게 된다.
아무리 운동을 많이 했다고 하나,
스스로의 생각과 말과 행동의 결과를 통해 배우고 깨달은 바가 없다면,
생각이 단순해지면서 탐진치만 지독하게 남게 되니,
주변 사람들을 힘들게 한다.
의문이 없고, 생각이 부족하니
판단 능력이 부족하고
가까운 사람은 늘 피곤하다.
힘은 있고 체력은 있으니
목소리만 커질 뿐이고,
용감한 무식이 사람 잡기도 한다.
세월은 가지만
여전히 손과 발이 잘 움직이는 듯하니,
고집과 아집이 하늘을 찌르는 꼰대가 되어
불협화음과 시시비비가 가는 곳마다 난리다.
결국 한 평생 운동했다하여
몸도 튼튼, 마음도 튼튼,
힘도 있고 건강한 듯,
훨훨 나르는 듯 보였으나,
어느 날
주변을 살펴보니,
스스로는 기가 살아 신명(?)나는 듯
잘 산 줄 알았겠으나,
결국 그러한 무지와 욕심의 기운은
일찍 다할 수밖에 없으니
이 세상 먼저 가더라.

From my personal experiences and observations of elderly loved ones, I have come to realize the importance of proactive and consistent efforts in maintaining our health. While in our 20s and 30s, we tend to focus on achieving our goals, and physical fitness may not be the primary concern. As we enter our 50s to 60s, we need to make more of an effort to compensate for the physical and physiological changes in our bodies.
The foundation of health management lies in maintaining a healthy diet and engaging in regular exercise. We need to pay attention to the nutritional value of the food we consume, adjust the timing and amount of our meals, and adopt regular exercise habits that suit our individual needs to maintain both physical and mental health.
Stress management is also a critical aspect of health management. Modern society puts us under tremendous stress, which can have detrimental effects on our physical and mental health. Engaging in leisure activities that we enjoy, such as hobbies, meditation, or yoga, can help us manage stress effectively.
Regular health screenings and disease management are essential in maintaining our health. We need to take preventive measures, such as vaccinations, and seek prompt treatment and management of diseases when they arise.
Finally, taking care of our bodies and minds is vital. We need to cultivate healthy habits and get enough rest to promote physical and mental healing. Maintaining social relationships with family and friends can also enhance our overall health.
Aging is inevitable, but we can take proactive measures to promote healthy aging. By being vigilant about our health and practicing healthy habits, we can prepare ourselves for a healthy and fulfilling old age.
I am reflecting on my own experiences and the importance of preparing for my future health as approaching my 70s. I acknowledge that this is not an easy task, having observed the mindset and consciousness of young masters and instructors in martial arts in their 30s and 40s. I also reflect on my own shortcomings in the past and try to gain a better understanding of how to improve my health management practices.
As time goes by, striving to improve one’s deficient knowledge and skills requires a significant amount of energy and is never easy. I have published more than ten books, personally experienced various activities, and even honed my skills with an old-fashioned body machine. While it is enjoyable, every day seems to get shorter, and I find myself increasingly reluctant to lose sleep. Ironically, if I do not get enough rest, I become tired the next day and strive to take more sleep and rest. Thus, I may appear quite lazy.
As for myself, I only share my thoughts based on what I know and have experienced. I do not write about something just because I am good at it.
The key to health management for people aged 50 to 60, who are facing their hundredth year, is to prepare in advance, not only for their health but also for everything else.
Doing what one wants is not always easy, and there is no logic that things will fall into place. It is essential to face the fact that whatever happens, it is our own responsibility, enabling us to create the ability to lead ourselves in a better direction.
However, since humans cannot predict what will happen next, this is a problem. Therefore, what human-like beings have emphasized continuously is the importance of the moment and being faithful to it, and doing our best.
It can be said that there is no other way, but from a natural perspective, it can also be expressed as “try your best and I will give you what you deserve.” The phrase “build faith” also falls into the same context. Faith is the driving force of life, and it is also the power of love. There is a saying that those who live truthfully will fall on their backs but land on their beds.
Anyway, there is no such thing as a free lunch, and it is necessary to give generously in advance. Humans cannot calculate the cost-benefit of their actions themselves, so ultimately the phrase “give it away” is used. You will only receive what you have given, and there is no law that offsets bad deeds with good deeds.
Giving means giving to others, and that is what “Bosi” means.
It can inspire various thoughts and make one’s heart bigger.
It is completely different from calculated giving in the hope of a spiritual, physical, or material reward.
Until their 50s, it may seem like all joints and muscles move as desired, but as they enter their 60s, just like an old and poorly maintained car that constantly has problems, muscles, joints, and the nervous system do not work properly, causing sudden pain or discomfort, and then quickly passing or repeating this process. There are also people who have been living in hospitals for a long time, often with medicine bags.
Especially after their 70s, many people suffer from shoulder, knee, ankle, disk, and stenosis problems, and when they reach their 80s, some experience a rapid decline in physical strength and cognitive impairment. They also have difficulty moving their bodies, especially walking, and even their speech becomes unclear. At that point, maintaining any physical activity becomes extremely difficult.
At this time, it becomes difficult to maintain the status quo even with exercise.
Once you reach your 60s, the muscles around the joints lose their mobility and the dynamicity of the bones, making them more prone to injury.
In addition, slowing metabolism and weakened immune function make it easier to get sick.
At this age, depending on the emotional ups and downs, the body’s ability to self-adjust decreases, so if you suddenly get angry or shout in frustration, depending on your physique, you may suddenly collapse, your face may turn red, you may have seizures all over your body, or you may become lethargic and unable to do anything.
When the time comes, one becomes aware of the importance of physical and mental health through personal experience. That’s why as we get older, we sometimes say things like “just leave it,” “just let it pass,” “just understand,” “just act like you didn’t hear or see it,” etc. These are all actions that prepare for the health and longevity of the elderly.
In addition, certain parts of the body may suddenly become uncomfortable or painful and then disappear quickly. When these symptoms appear, it is essential to identify the cause in advance and take preventive measures, which can be a future strategy for maintaining good health.

Martial arts or sports are often said to be good for one’s health, but for each person, there may be more emphasis on enjoying what suits their tastes and increasing personal satisfaction, pride, or self-esteem. Of course, it is important to consider becoming stronger and healthier separately. It is not uncommon to hear that more people visit hospitals as they exercise more.
Therefore, to enjoy a healthy and prosperous life through exercise, one must constantly have good thoughts and concerns at each moment. Although it is certainly true that as one ages, they should move more frequently, while performing daily activities and reflecting frequently, it is also important to recognize that one’s consciousness and values follow along with the effort made.
One may experience stiff lower back, numbness in the thighs, buttocks, or legs, or even cramping in the fingers or toes even if they sit for a while on a chair. Additionally, as the cartilage in the joints deteriorates, constriction syndrome can also occur at the connection points of each joint.
Therefore, it is a good idea to focus on the core muscles that support the spine and the muscles that provide the foundation for the overall body movement, as well as to incorporate methods such as lying down and lifting the hips or extending the legs, or leaning against a wall and applying appropriate fatigue to the thighs and calves, centered around the waist. 기운을 흐트려놓으면
기운이 한 곳으로 몰려가서

뜸이나 침으로
자연의 기운을 받아가는 사람은,
동전의 양면성이 있듯이,
항상 조심 조심해야
더 좋은 기운을 받으면서
남이 모르는 건강과 행복도
덤으로 가져가면서 잘 살게 된다.
다른 말로,
자연의 기운은
자연의 사랑이며, 빛이다.
그것을 조금씩 깨우쳐가는 사람은
즉, 자연의 비밀을 조금씩 알아가는 사람은
항상 이쁘게 낮추어가야 한다는 말이다.
여기서 우리는 반드시 새겨야 할 것은,
하늘이 항상 공평하다는 것은
하늘은 항상 그대로이다는 말이며,
누구 편을 들어주는 것도 아니며,
하늘은 항상 사랑만 주는 것이 아니라
공평하게 미움도 같이 인간에게
주어진다라는 말이다.
즉, 살아있는 한 모든 일들은
내가 할 따름이며,
반드시 한 만큼이다.
일체유심조가 그것을 설명하고 있다.
뜸을 통해
